Five Practical Tips to Cope with Back Pain

The fear factor is that with the greatest advance of science, we, humans, are becoming increasingly lazy and futile. Our physical activities have been reduced by 40% - 50% than our ancestors. As a result, today common health issues, like obesity and back pain, have become the utmost medical challenges. Besides the belly popping out, another major problem from sitting in front of your computer, at work or at home, can arise is the back pain, a common medical problem that affects 8 out of 10 persons at some point during their lifetime. Initially, I continued ketorolac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, for two weeks, but it didn't make any significant change. The pain was always ther
